With this in mind, they're looking for a stand out Site Manager to join the team and manage a portfolio of homes covering South Perth to Treeby
This role encompasses all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors using ClickHome, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensure the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place.
The Site Manager is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.
Our office staff are responsible for handling administrative tasks, including project management, scheduling, logistics, and budgeting. They will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you are provided the support you need in the current building climate. With the support of our office staff, you will be able to focus on the day-to-day management of the construction site.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous Residential supervisory experience on 2 storey homes
- Trades base (ideal but not essential)
- Solid tenure with current or previous employers
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
