We have an exciting role for a
Project Controller to lead the planning and risk management processes for complex projects. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring project success by collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Design Authority and Project Manager, to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and deliverables lists.
- Implement and oversee project scope management processes.
- Create and manage a resource-loaded project master schedule using Microsoft Project.
- Conduct weekly updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data.
- Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and manage capacity scenarios.
- Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting.
- Contribute to the improvement of core project processes such as scheduling, scope, and risk management.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects.
- Proven experience with earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports.
- Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
