Job Description
The Contract Administrator reports to the Estate Upkeep Coordinator within the area designated and this position exists to support the works managers and the service delivery manager with various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator reports to the Estate Upkeep Coordinator within the area designated and this position exists to support the works managers and the service delivery manager with:
- Reporting of internal trades efficiency
- Provision of support to external parties in doing business with EU (i.e. Portal champion/support)
- Client and internal KPI along with support to manage those requirements
- Supporting the planning-scheduling and delivery of all functions associated with Estate Upkeep and living services
- General administration support of their designated area
- Reporting requirements as directed
- Track and manage 1/12th payments to subcontractors
Qualifications
Sound understanding of programming/scheduling
Sound problem solving skills
Sound understanding of Quality Assurance Control and Management system procedures
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and client relationships
Solid capability with computer-based systems
