About The Role
We are currently seeking a Yard Coordinator on a permanent basis on a 6 month contract to join our team. The role is based at our Kewdale depot and from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of all yard-related activities while effectively managing and supervising the Yard Hand.
- Handle vehicle preparation, hire, off-hire, transfers, and exchanges in conjunction with the Hire Controller.
- Work with external service providers to manage vehicle servicing and repairs where needed.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards, conducting regular checks and managing documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, pickups, and asset tracking to maintain accurate inventory.
The successful candidate will require:
- Valid WA C-Class or above Drivers Licence.
- Previous motor industry experience (advantageous).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands on, proactive with a flexible approach to work.
- The ability to work safely and follow all procedures.
- Ability to perform tasks that involve manual handling and physical activity.
