Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘
ICT Program and Project Manager’.
Key Criteria
- Develop and manage the overall program plan, including defining program objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure they align with strategic goals and deliver expected benefits.
- Monitor program performance and ensure projects are integrated effectively to achieve program outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program and project stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, issues, and changes.
- Facilitate regular program and project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure that all projects and programs meet quality standards and deliverables are achieved as specified.
