Duties
- Responsible for rostering of award casual employees to ensure a seamless staffing service based on staff booking requests and to efficient delivery of day to day rostering requirements
- This role is responsible for time and attendance support , payroll support , compliance and other projects as required
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following: - You are passionate about all aspects of hospitality
- You have experience in rostering systems
- Strong knowledge of OHS compliance across the industry.
- You are a people person who can collaborate closely with all stakeholders
- Have an understanding or all recruitment practices
Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and hospitality operations
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and software tools including Microsoft Suite
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
