This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-impact initiative that will streamline processes, improve resource allocation, and support decision-making at an organizational level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage all aspects of the 12-month program, including project initiation, planning, and governance documentation.
- Provide strategic advice on program expenditure and budgeting.
- Develop or adapt models to optimize case throughput and efficiently allocate resources.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure the timely completion of key program activities.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and meeting papers to support decision-making processes.
- Act as executive officer/secretariat for the key governance body.
- Leverage technology to enhance program performance, including the use of project management software and data analytics tools to drive efficiency and track progress.
Key Proficiencies:
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programs.
- Proficiency in resource modeling (Excel and Power BI) to optimize efficiency.
- Expertise in governance, including meeting support, brief writing, and key documentation.
- Experience in budget monitoring and providing financial briefings.
- Business case development and briefing on benefits realization.
- Strong business and data analysis skills.
- Ability to develop predictive models to anticipate case outcomes, manage workloads, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Technical proficiency with IT systems, tools, and project management software to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize program delivery.
