About the Role As the successful candidate, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- The effective overall management of a portfolio, end to end, ensuring all milestone tasks are undertaken prior to deadlines.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with clients, regularly and effectively communicate with owners, tenants, contractors, and management
- Effective Onboarding and Offboarding of tenants and managements.
- Review market conditions, produce CMA's, prepare appraisals, be knowledgeable of the market
- Proactively & regularly show properties / Home opens to prospective tenants and provided timely feedback to owners.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in a Property Management role.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Commitment to a positive collaborative team culture.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies & legislation, ensuring best practice is maintained.
- Experience using property management software, including Property Tree and IRE
- Current Property Management registration and a valid driver’s license.
