ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Contract Administrator of 2 - 4 years experience to join an established building contractor in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be working on a range of building & refurbishment projects typically within the commercial office, school & residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Variation orders & contractual Notices
- Preparing head contract progress claims & report
- Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting.
- Preparing head contract deliverables.
- Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Assistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration.
- Prepare Request for Further information (RFI) to Architect/Project Managers
- Preparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
