Reporting to the Recruitment Lead you will support this client group with providing resourcing support from the tender stage through to the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects The key accountabilities of this role will be: - Support Utilities tenders with market information and workforce planning - Provide support to the project teams with the mobilisation of large infrastructure projects - Generating search plans, building talent pipelines, pre-screening candidates and database management. - Sourcing & pipelining candidates from multiple channels including LinkedIn, database sources & industry networks. - Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process - Ensure that compliance and governance is met for all recruitment assignments What are we looking for you to bring to the team - Previous experience in recruiting a range of white collar technical & professional roles particularly within engineering and large complex Infrastructure. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools - Experience working within recruitment systems (Taleo preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Effective verbal and written communication skills.
