The Civil Maintenance team forms an integral part of the City Works Department which is focused on maintaining civil assets throughout the Kingston municipality.
The role
Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Civil Maintenance team. Reporting to the Coordinator of Operations Alex Worledge, your role is to:
- Assist the team in attending to reactive maintenance requests
- Carry out pro-active maintenance programs
- Operate plant and machinery
- Record and report on maintenance outcomes
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in Civil Maintenance
- Ability to demonstrate the City of Kingston’s values.
- Expertise in the use of tools, plant and equipment
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Construction or similar field would be desirable

The salary for this position starts at $67,101 (Band 3) per annum plus superannuation.
