Criteria
Essential criteria
- Demonstrated success and experience managing large complex ICT application development projects following agile principles and 'scrum' methods (over 5 years experience). (Itemise and describe the key agile projects you managed, their size, how they were complex, and how they were successful in your response)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills to support and maintain a high performing culture where multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and manage project risks, and troubleshoot project issues
- Knowledge and experience applying agile delivery principles and practices.
- Relevant ICT qualifications and/or industry certifications
