With a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a dedicated Admin Clerk/Assistant to join our dynamic Launceston based team.
Part Time Position - 20-28 hours per week
Flexible Hours between 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
General Clerical Duties including:
Creditors (Suppliers)
- Perform the function of processing of invoices, balancing of statements and all associated filing.
Debtors (Customers)
- Processing of customer payments & statements
- Following up of overdue accounts
Additional Duties
- Preparation of Freight Equalisation claims.
- Claiming of Workers compensation with current insurer.
- Updating of training matrix associated with staffing
- Provide support for sales office during busy periods (customer service, phones etc)
Note: This position provides potential for advancement of duties based on applicant previous experience/skill set
