We are recruiting for a
HR Administrator to join the team in Albion, Brisbane. The role will report to the People Services Lead and will provide support for our teams across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
As a member of the Human Resources function, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the administrative aspects of the HR function run smoothly.
In The Role Your Main Focus Will Be To
- Manage employee onboarding including generating employment offers and correspondence with new starters
- Conducting reference checks for new candidates
- Manage employee lifecycle support
- Manage employment variations and employee offboarding process
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (foundU) and personnel files
- Coordinating with respective departments including Payroll, ICT, Quality and Finance for HR transactions
- Provide support to managers and employees through responses in our Service Desk
- Provide support to the People Services Lead, HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead (where required), with accurate information and support of HR processes
- Support annual processes such as salary review process
- Support ad hoc projects that are required from time to time
