Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Administrator at A Plus Designer Homes in Epping, VIC. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for project coordination, construction administration services, communication with stakeholders, handling submittals, and project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations , codes and processes
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
- Preparing, reviewing and managing a range of construction contracts and related documentation
- Manage all RFI's and change requests within project management system
- Management of variations, extensions of time and progress claims in accordance with the contract
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitoring project progress and updating relevant documentation and reporting
- Providing administrative support to managers and assisting with various project-related tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files and databases
