The Role
This role strategically manages the state’s housing assets to optimise the value, sustainability, condition and economic performance of the property portfolio aligned with the State’s strategic direction.
The main responsibilities of the Asset & Facility Manager is to lead, support and manage staff and contractors across WA jurisdiction to ensure effective service provision. This involves coordinating and overseeing their activities to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong management leadership experience alongside your sound understanding of best practice social housing asset management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing and construction industry.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Post-trade Certificate IV or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of best practice social housing asset management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing and construction industry
- Sound knowledge and application of WHS practices, excel and budget management
- Green/White card (or ability to obtain)
- Current drivers licence
