Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in inner southeastern suburb of Perth.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Duration: Approx. 12 months (with potential extension based on project completion)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple large-scale organisational change projects. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience managing end-to-end project delivery, specifically within major facility changes, building refurbishments, and relocations. These projects will focus on the social, community, and healthcare sectors, requiring someone who understands the unique demands of these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major facility change, refurbishment, and relocation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure smooth transitions during organisational change.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables are met within the specified timeframes and budget.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Required Experience:
- Extensive project management experience in facility changes, refurbishments, or relocations.
- Proven track record managing projects within the social, community, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of the complexities involved in facility change and transition management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
