An opportunity has now become available for a reliable, professional Construction Supervisor to join the company, overseeing jobs in Hobart and surrounding regions.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will schedule, coordinate and lead teams of trades on multiple repair building jobs. You will build excellent rapport with your teams, and also with the insured, to work towards positive outcomes delivered for all parties in a timely manner. You will also liaise with the company’s office staff and management team to ensure there is clear communication and all stakeholders are kept well-informed.
Ideally presenting with supervisory experience gained in the Insurance Building sector, you will be a service-driven people person with the ability to get on with all types of individuals. You will be a genuine leader of people and will enjoy working as part of a group to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.
