We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Quality Manager to join our incredible team of professionals dedicated to delivering quality and innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the quality and customer care team to improve the quality of Henny projects and to develop the quality assurance strategy with the leadership team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to -
- Develop, implement and drive Henny’s Quality Management System
- Create a quality assurance framework which supports the Company’s current and future needs
- Oversee systems and processes that facilitate continuous improvement in construction quality standards (inclusive of refining Henny standard detailing and maintaining updated, project specific ITP’s, ensuring completion and compliance by all team members
- Ensure compliance on site with the NCC (National Construction Code), Australian Standards and legislative requirements
- Develop and drive Henny’s audit and compliance framework ensuring statutory compliance
- Plan and prepare for ISO 9001 accreditation
- Adhering to company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance
- Accountable for customer care resolution, management, and ongoing improvement and reporting
- Manage customer care team effectively and leading by example
About You -
- Relevant higher education/tertiary qualifications preferred in Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager and site supervision skills in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction techniques, techniques, and regulations
- Exemplary organisation and administration skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software packages (Procore)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of contracts administration and relevant legal frameworks
