About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll report directly to the Business Development Director and focus on generating new revenue for TMLabs by showcasing our ServiceNow expertise and commitment to best practices. While primarily based in Canberra, you’ll also travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with clients.
We’re looking for a driven and results-orientated individual with strong ServiceNow business development skills and solution sales experience. You’ll need to be a confident communicator who can build lasting relationships and understand our clients’ needs. A passion for technology and a desire to help businesses succeed are essential.

What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow services and/or product sales.
- ServiceNow product knowledge preferred.
- Public sector sales experience preferred.
- University degree preferred.
- ServiceNow Sales and Presales accreditations desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business need.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Lead bid teams and authoring of tender responses and write Statements of Work.
- ServiceNow store app sales and contract management.
- Client account management.
- Manage and grow industry partnerships.
- Lead go-to-markets for our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow products and industry trends.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Adhere to client agreements and company policies.
Performance Goals
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive client experience with a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and provide valuable insights.
- Obtain and maintain relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Work professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders.
