Purpose
- The primary purpose of the position is to provide quality project and contract administration services for Project Managers, Superintendents and Superintendent’s Representative in accordance with Conditions of Contract and Internal procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of contractual payments
- Variations
- Extension of times
- Ensuring adherence to all contracts administration procedures
- Maintain registers of variations, claims, and delays
- Monthly Reporting
- Preparation of contractual letters and maintenance of records and files in accordance with records management procedures
