As the energy transition continues we are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Manager / Practice Leader with strong Recruitment people leadership skills that than can lead, coach and mentor a team of 360 Consultants operating within the Renewable Energy sector across the East Coast of Australia.
As Practice Leader you will have responsibility for:
- Leading, motivating our client facing team to develop their markets, which mostly cover white and blue collar roles during the Construction and Operations phased on Wind, Solar, BESS & Pumped Hydro Projects;
- Secure PSA/exclusive assignments for executive/permanent recruitment. labour hire and apprenticeships
- Develop and support the team into becoming recruitment SMEs and/or leaders of the future;
- working with our Corporate & Operations team to ensure the smooth and safe onboarding and mobilisation of a contingent workforce;
- Business Development across the Construction & Operations portfolio with the focus on larger volume based projects, key accounts and attending conferences nationally and to become a Renewables SME.
To achieve this, you will be supported by the MD, GM, ELT and other Leaders to grow the
East Coast Projects business. In return, you will be given the autonomy and responsibility of setting/executing the East Coast Projects strategy, hiring, motivating and managing a high performing team.
We wish to speak with
motivated and passionate people with the following skills/experience:
- A passion about the need to transform our energy mix, to move towards a low carbon economy and the role that Renewable Energy can play in that transition;
- Several years in Recruitment Agency leadership roles, leading teams of c5+ 360 Consultants (from Consultant to Principal Consultant and Manager level);
- Ideally industry experience in the Power Generation sector (ie Renewable Energy) otherwise Energy, Transmission & Distribution, Engineering, Construction or Infrastructure sectors with some knowledge of trends in the power generation sector;
- Professional, personable and credible with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders; and
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with peers.
