We are seeking professional, highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our team.
Established in 1981, J&D Contracting is a quality accredited Brisbane based company providing a complete range of building maintenance and disability services for government and private sector clients throughout Queensland
You will:
- Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, maximising outcomes while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Ensure Projects are built within the timeframes and on budget.
- Report on project progress, project issues, resource planning and project status.
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Team management and resourcing
- Technical Preparation
- Onsite Execution
- Quality Control (Inspecting and addressing any issues or defects promptly)
- WHS Compliance
- Stakeholder Communication and Liaison
- Accurate Documentation and Reporting
- Problem Solving
About you:
- Certified in Project Management with 3+ years’ experience.
- Cert IV in Building Construction (Preferred)
- A clear and logical thinker who can quickly understand risks and issues and work to mitigate or resolve them efficiently.
- An excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Building, Carpentry or Electrical background an advantage.
- Industry Induction - White Card
- QLD Drivers Licence
- Experience with simPRO or similar scheduling system
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Minimum)
