Reporting to the ES Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support our customer stream with all the Systems and Training administrative works which may be required to successfully offer system support when required. The successful candidate for this role would ensure that our stream’s employees remain certified and accredited to complete their nominated roles, supports the service lines with regards to onboarding new employees and maintaining existing employee training requirements. This role will be based in our head office at Dry Creek, SA.

About The Role
Responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
- Testing of all new Systems to ensure ‘best for business’ solutions
- First point of contact for all system support requests for the Customer Stream
- Coordinate the new employees’ inductions, and McMahon services’ IT requirements before employment commencement
- Onboard/off-board of employee’s system assets and redeployment
- On the new employees’ employment commencement, support through the establishment, including introduction, inductions, HR requirements, and enabling training sessions
- Operate reports through the Learning Management System to ensure qualifications and training of all personnel are in accordance with the Operation Managers requirements and circulate exception reports
About You
To be successful in the role, you will need;
- Formal or informal qualification in construction, business, accounting, or similar fields
- Demonstrated multi-years of experience with Systems and preferably with Training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information
- Understanding in developing internal processes and documentation systems
- Previous exposure to managing human resources matters in a comparable organisation
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Proven administrative experience
- Competency in administration suite of software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint), Administration systems (e.g., ConnX, Pronto, Procore) or similar related Applications and Learning Management Systems
