Job Description
- Administer and manage grants, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders for grant-related matters & grant funding opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets & payment schedules for grant activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of grant policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track grant expenditure.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary grant documentation.
- Contribute to grant application processes.
- Provide support for grant-related training initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Grants Officer should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Experience in grant management and administration.
- Strong financial reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using financial management systems.
