Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage site teams, ensuring operational objectives are met and exceeded. - Project Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project delivery while adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. - Safety & Compliance: Maintain and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and site-specific safety protocols. - Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local communities, to build strong working relationships and ensure smooth project delivery. - Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address on site challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining productivity and ensuring continuous improvements. - Reporting: Provide regular updates on site performance, including project progress, financials, and safety metrics to multiple different stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required: - Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar with a strong and proven SMP background, ideally within the mining, resources, or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of construction, project management, and WHS standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. - Experience working with diverse stakeholders and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels. Qualifications: - Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a trade background. - Certifications in Safety Management or OH&S are highly regarded. - Previous experience managing sites in the resources sector or large-scale industrial projects.
