Trifecta Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing client to find an experienced Site Manager for their expanding fit-out team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects and be part of a team with a strong project pipeline.

Your New Role:
- Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure clear communication and quick response to RFIs.
- Liaise with clients, superintendents, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure all on-site activities meet project specs, drawings, and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractor activities and monitor construction progress.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring safe practices.
- Maintain high project quality and meet contractual obligations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Solid work history within fit out construction
- Naturally adept at leading projects while building and nurturing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Skilled in organising trades efficiently
- Familiarity with site safety software like Procore would be advantageous
