scouted. have partnered up with a high-end construction group located in Melbourne, Victoria, searching for a Construction Administrator/Personal Assistant. We are looking for someone to undertake a wide variety of administration tasks within their company, including Construction Admin, on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration activities within the company and to the Business Owner
- Assistance with quotes, estimates, and building and insurance reports
- Assistance ordering materials and issuing purchase orders
- Liaising with clients, attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Site visits where required to assist with reports and quotes
Key Requirements:
- Must have Construction/Estimating/Construction Administration experience (minimum 4 years)
- Ideally, has experience as an EA/PA
- A passion for problem-solving and achieving common goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft and able to pick up new software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation and a sense of time management
