Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end repair experience for major and complex loss jobs.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs to ensure an acceptable profitable margin.
- Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks ensuring all OHS requirements are met.
- Establish and manage major and complex loss construction projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
Key Requirements:
- A full and valid driving licence.
- Trade qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in facilitating major loss events within Insurance Building Industry.
- Ability to diagnose and prioritise specific work activities and tasks.
- Able to produce consistently high quality workmanship.
- Proficient in MS Project/Excel + other Construction Scheduling Software Platforms.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction related OH&S legislation.
