Contracts Administrator
We are looking for someone to join our successful development team. Working in an all-round capacity, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of contract creation, negotiation, and execution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, manage documentation, and mitigate contractual risks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goes are met.
- Prepares, interprets, maintains reviews and negotiates variations to contracts on behalf of the organisation.
- Assist in preparation of project budgets, subcontract agreements, progress claims and variations.
- Assist with developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, program, projects and services.
- Be client facing and involved in meetings.
- Responding to and resolving enquiries from Clients, subcontractors and site staff regarding contract programming, plans, specifications, Payments and Progress claims.
- Manager and file contracts and all associated documentation for the Head and Sub Contracts for multiple projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ Years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and be goal-oriented.
- You must be a team player.
- Ambitious and interested in company growth.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- JOBPAC proficiency.
- Knowledge of QHSE, WH&S, Hazardous materials and associated documentation.

Contract Administrator to work on a wide range of construction projects. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW.
