Length of contract: 12 Months
Contract extensions: 24 Months extension
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen (client intend to process Baseline security clearance after onboarding)
Overview:
The Deliver Manager role will be focused on Network and Infrastructure teams, and will be responsible for:
• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on providing excellent customer service, managing expectations and delivering outcomes.
• Partner with business areas across the department to deliver high quality digital services and develop strategic future-focused product and hardware roadmaps.
• Research, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate project or program initiatives. This may include development of workplans to support strategic direction.
• Managing and leading a diverse team, including providing clear and consistent communication, building capability in your team, monitoring work progress and proactively resolving issues for smooth execution.
• Mentoring and coaching project team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify issues/problems and work to resolve them.
• Oversee the activities of project, manage and allocate resources to ensure a high performing, well-motivated and developed team which delivers results.
• Prioritizing effectively to ensure deliverables and outcomes are achieved.
• Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ICT operations and project delivery processes, including maintaining expertise in relevant areas to guide activities effectively.
• Providing advice to senior executives in your area of expertise.
• Managing priorities and developing high level written materials.
