Job Description:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to help organize and manage field testing for measurement equipment. You will handle test setups, work with vendors, schedule testing, and manage inventory and invoices. Your role is key in ensuring smooth operations and communication between teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Test Setup:
- Prepare and organize equipment for testing.
- Make sure all equipment is in good condition and ready to use.
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot any issues.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Be the main contact for third-party vendors.
- Ensure vendor tasks align with project goals and timelines.
- Test Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule testing activities with internal and external teams.
- Adjust schedules if there are any changes.
- Inventory Management:
- Keep track of all equipment and materials.
- Conduct audits and manage stock levels.
- Invoicing:
- Track and manage invoices for vendors.
- Ensure all payments are on time and within the project budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
- Experience in telecommunications, especially in radio (4G/5G), is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
