A well established Melbourne Construction Group is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to an expanding division of their business. Operating within a niche market segment they have experienced significant growth and are looking to make an appointment to work alongside the General Manager and oversee operations from pre-construction activities through to delivery and successful handover of projects.

In this role you will be working closely with the General Manager and be responsible for the delivery of projects to time and budget parameters whilst ensuring excellent customer service throughout the project and client lifecycle. You will monitor, analyse and deliver solutions to project teams, as well as having responsibility for project reporting in terms of progress and commercial positions. You will be expected to play a key role in managing client/stakeholder relationships as well as providing leadership and support to the site teams.

To suit this role it is expected you have been working as an Operations/Project/Construction Manager with a commercial-industrial builder on projects up to $10million in size. You will require strong leadership and communication skills with advanced construction knowledge. You will be a problem solver looking to be part of a tight knit team with a positive culture. Projects will cover refurb/fit-out works to schools/education, Health, SDA/Community Housing etc. Remuneration will be $180k - $200k neg on experience.
