As a Fabricator at TCR, you will:

Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.
Report daily to the Shift Supervisor however will ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager.
Conduct preventive servicing, data collecting as well as repair, and maintenance tasks that reflect a trade standard.
Promote a safety-first approach.
Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
Utilize the wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity for you to bring a wide collection of knowledge & skills to the role.]
Work with multiple unique GSE specialized equipment.
Have 5 weeks annual leave + 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days.

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:

Relevant Trade Qualification in Welding/Fabrication.
Previous experience with aluminum welding to AS/NZS 1665.
Previous experience with Basic Mechanics & Vehicle Servicing.
Hold a current and valid Driver's License.
A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures.
Experience working within procedural guidelines.
Good communication skills and proactiveness.
A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
