We’re on the hunt for a Construction Administrator who is full of positive energy, is detail-oriented and has a drive to deliver exceptional service to clients.
The Role:
- Liaise with local councils to obtain necessary documents for permit applications.
- Assist in the preparation, tracking and issuing of building permit applications.
- Manage the day to day administrative tasks, inclusive of data entry and document management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage invoicing, inspection scheduling and issuing inspection results.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative or office support role within Construction, Engineering or Property.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
