Project Manager Role
Your new company
Your new company is a Queensland-based Commercial Construction company. They have almost 40 years in the industry, projects varying from Mid-rise Apartments, Education and Aged Care. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Contract Administrator experience to join their Brisbane team.
Your new role
Your new role will consist of;
- Project planning, scheduling, cost controlling and budgeting
- Managing client and sub-contactor relationships throughout the entire project life-cycle
- Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management
- Managing and maintaining the design process to set standards to meet the project charter
- Some CA work including; progress claims and variations, scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed:
Strong Project Management experience in SEQ in Commercial Construction. You must also have previous experience working as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
