We are seeking an experienced
ITSM Transformation / Delivery Manager to lead key initiatives aimed at enhancing and transforming IT Service Management (ITSM) services. This role will focus on optimizing processes, driving service improvements, and ensuring successful delivery of new tools and technologies across the department. You will work with various stakeholder groups, offering critical guidance and ensuring that all service and quality standards are met. Your leadership will help shape the future of ITSM practices within the department.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead ITSM service transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve service delivery excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of new ITSM tools, providing governance and assurance on key deliverables.
- Report regularly to senior executives on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Key Criteria:- Minimum of 5 years in IT service management with expertise in transformation and risk management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management lifecycle.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical and project delivery teams.
- Must hold an active NV1 security clearance.
