We've partnered with a National Development Firm who are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a specialist in Childcare, Early Education or Retail to assist the development team on their huge pipeline of Victorian Projects.
This is an opportunity to be part of a client-side role where you’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project delivery process for retail and Early Childhood Education developments
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a collaborative project environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within retail and Early Childhood Education sectors
- Strong understanding of the development process, from concept to completion
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field
