About the Role:
We are seeking a Contracts Administration Officer to support our Contracts Coordinator and Commercial Manager in the ongoing administration of contract management activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in vital operations while providing essential backup for the permits function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver contract support services to regional teams, facilitating the development and management of operational contracts.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Coordinator and Commercial Manager to enhance the Contracts Management Framework.
- Provide document management support to the Commercial Operations team within the contract administration sphere.
- Prepare tender documents and other contract-related materials using standard templates for minor works contracts.
- Work with operations and commercial teams to ensure adherence to procurement policies and contractual commitments.
- Review invoices to verify compliance with contract terms and assist in preparing relevant financial entries.
- Offer general contract administration support and provide leave coverage for the Commercial Operations team.

Key Criteria:
- Diploma or advanced diploma in Business Administration or a related field (desirable).
- Strong business / financial acumen and understanding of contract management principles.
- Proven experience in contract and accounts administration, with the ability to learn new systems and processes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to stakeholders and community.
- A customer-focused approach with a history of building strong relationships.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Familiarity with commercial contract management and power purchase agreements is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
