Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:

Liaising with other Project Managers, Site Managers, Planners, Site Staff and Service Coordinators on site;
Direct client liaison;
Tender response evaluation;
Subcontractor negotiation, selection and management;
Certification and payment of progress claims; and
Cost reporting and finalisation of contracts.

We Are Seeking Candidates With

Extensive experience in all aspects of commercial construction Project Management;
Good computer skills;
High level of presentation;
Sharp negotiator with the ability to resolve issues laterally; and
Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
