Our continued success as an integrated, multi-disciplinary contracting supplier depends on our strong team and our group of specialized companies finding innovative ways of delivering value to clients across our Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Infrastructure, Landscape and Water division

Due to increased growth, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to work on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects. .

Key responsibilities include:

Project Program tracking, updates, and monthly forecast
Review project specification and selection of equipment and procurement
Provide technical assistance to project teams
Liaison with client and coordination with other trades onsite
Prepare and implement onsite Inspection to client's satisfaction
Assist with the preparation of tender documentation & submissions
Manage the implementation of environmental controls in accordance with the Project Environmental Management Plan to meet contract requirements
To ensure that both ACE and Subcontractor staff implement and maintain safe methods of work utilizing systems and procedures defined in the Project Safety Plan
Attend and participate in Toolbox meetings
Manage the use of resources to ensure completion of the works within budgets as may be adjusted through variations

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

Your background might include hands-on Project Manager, with proven successful experience in the civil construction industry in Australia.

Furthermore, you will have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction industry
Experience leading a team, an added advantage if you have led on site employees
Project Management or supervision experience with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines
Understand deliverables and ability to foster strong client relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in compliance to HSEQ docs
Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, industry practices and expertise within the civil / infrastructure industry
Maintaining and building strong relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
