On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking 4x Superintendents for projects in Fremantle and Kwinana.

Role Details

Various contract lengths available
Fremantle and Kwinana based
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
ASAP start

Duties include:

Supervision, co-ordination and collaboration of supervisors and contractors.
Coordination with stakeholders, including providing updates on work progress.
Allocation and management of contract resources.
Provide technical advice, assistance and support where required.
Ensure ongoing development of the team.
Lead/participate in regular team meetings to plan and review work progress.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Qualification in Civil, Building or Construction or related engineering discipline with a Builders Licence under the provisions of the Builders registration Act.
Qualifications in Project Management, Contract Administration or Maintenance Management.
Proven experience coordinating and managing brownfield maintenance and construction-based projects.
Ability to manage internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors.
Experience formulating maintenance and construction scopes of works, specifications, work methodologies, budgeting and scheduling.
Knowledge of Occupational Health Safety & Welfare Acts & Regulations and demonstrated ability to implement and ensure a safe work environment.
Well-developed computer skills across Microsoft Office suite & Computer Maintenance Management Systems.
Current drivers licence.
