EBA Rates + Overtime

Civil Infrastructure Group are seeking motivated, experienced Formwork Carpenter to work on major civil projects in Melbourne - VIC. Civil experience especially with bridges and/or water retaining structures required. Must have a good attitude towards OHS and be willing to work as part of a team or independently.

Must be trade qualified or have a minimum of three years experience in required, Must have reliable transport, Construction Induction, Rail Industry Worker Training (High-Risk tickets - especially Dogman/Rigger/Non-Slewing Crane/Scaffolding would be an advantage).

Tasks and Duties will include but are not limited to

Study blueprints and building plans to select and order materials and timber, determine dimensions and assess procedures for installation
Forming up
Building molds for concrete, columns, structural works, decks and stripping.
Assemble wood to form structures and fittings for installation
Site set-up prior to excavation, using string & pegs
Erect & dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams & wall

10 hour shift

Experience:

Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

White Card (Preferred)
Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Preferred)
