Our award-winning client has four offices across the inner south east and Bayside area. With a property management team of over 35 property manages our client can offer career progression, ongoing training and mentoring from leading industry leaders.

Role Description

Salary upto $110,000 based on experience
Portfolio of 150 properties
Leasing support and administration team
Portfolio local to the Office
PropertyMe & other leading software
career progression opportunities to team leader

Qualifications

Property Management, Real Estate experience
Experience in overseeing residential
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Knowledge of current property regulations
Leadership and team management experience
Relevant certifications in Real Estate
