The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be at the forefront, making sure that our trusted business partners projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

Taking charge of project planning, execution, and delivery across the full project life cycle, making sure all milestones are hit according to scope, budget, and timeline.
Managing and keeping a sharp eye on contract requirements.
Reviewing designs, drawings, and documents to ensure everything is to the relevant standards.
Leading tender processes and working with stakeholders to ensure collective outcomes are achieved.
Collaborating with internal and external teams members to obtain the project/s set goal.

About You

You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. PPS is known for delivering in even the most complex situations, so we need someone with:

Minimum 5+ years experience in project management, ideally managing multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications in either Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or technical trade expertise with extensive relevant experience.
A proven track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious project goals.
Strong skills in managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and processes.
