Job Description

S & C Civil is seeking experienced labourers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will have construction labouring experience.

Job Location

Perth Metro Sites, predominantly east and south

Duties and Responsibilities

Promote Safety. Take an active role in promoting safety, follow standard operating procedures, and participate in SWMS compliance
General labouring duties, including:
Shovelling and raking
Operating hand-controlled compaction equipment
Assisting operators with day-to-day needs
Material picking/sorting
Periodic cleaning of machinery to remove material build-up from moving components
Mobilising trucks between jobs (If HR license is held)
Basic vehicle maintenance and re-fuelling
Running errands in light vehicle
Inspect Equipment. Perform thorough pre-start inspections and accurately complete daily log book
Maintain Equipment. Maintain equipment performance by checking vehicle fluid levels and assisting in performing other minor maintenance.

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week

Work Location: In person
