As the Site Foreman, you will assume a leadership role in supervising and coordinating on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring the seamless execution of electrical projects. Your role is critical in maintaining the quality of work performed, and you will directly report on all relevant site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of electricians, ensuring efficiency in construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Control and supervise Sign In, Weekly toolbox, Daily toolbox, and Task Observations to maintain organised and safe work practices.
Participate in more complex tasks, providing guidance to Electricians & apprentices on detailed procedures.
Conduct periodic inspections, offering on-site supervision for hazardous or unusual work assignments, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies.
Estimate time and material costs for projected jobs, maintaining accurate cost and job records, and submitting reports to the Project Manager.
Manage stock effectively, initiating requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
Enforce safety regulations, rules, and working conditions, providing training to personnel on the safe operation of equipment and tools.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a smooth project execution.
Maintain a balanced presence of 75% on-site and 25% office-based responsibilities.
Uphold quality control standards through meticulous coordination and supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

Current Electrical Fitter Mechanic QLD Licence.
Manual C Class Car Licence.
Open Cablers Licence with structured cabling endorsement
Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence the team through leading by example.
In-depth understanding and working knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards, OH&S, and compliance.
Experience overseeing high-end multi-residential builds from inception to completion
Demonstrated experience in leading teams of five or more over a specified timeframe

Communication Expectation:
