Position Overview:

The Project Manager will lead and manage SaaS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen understanding of software development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution of SaaS projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and team members.
Facilitate meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and decisions are documented.
Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of managing software development projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (ideally Agile).
Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
