About the Role:

As a Junior Estimator, you’ll play a vital role in our estimating team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing quotes, conducting material take-offs from customer drawings, and working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure project success. You don’t need prior experience in estimating or the steel industry, what matters most is your positive attitude, strong computer skills, and ability to work well in a team. All necessary training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates and quotes based on customer requirements.
Conduct material take-offs from technical drawings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of quotations.
Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to manage expectations and ensure quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A positive attitude and a genuine team player.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in mining, fabrication, or the steel industry is advantageous but not essential.
