About the Role: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations and maintenance of multiple client sites. This account focuses on hard services, with some soft services involved, and requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex processes and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing multiple sites: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of hard and soft services across 3 key offices.
Client and contractor liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and contractors, ensuring facilities remain fully operational while resolving any issues quickly.
Administrative tasks: Handle updates, approvals, and project updates, while tracking costs, managing invoices, and ensuring all tasks align with the client’s budget.
Operational support: Log and track maintenance requests, support events, manage security access, and participate in weekly operations meetings.
Health & Safety compliance: Ensure that all health and safety policies are followed, report workplace hazards, and participate in audits.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous Facilities experience is essential, and a trade background is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to follow structured processes with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations confidently.
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and large, complex accounts with autonomy and a client-focused approach.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ) compliance experience is highly desirable.
